WHERE IS the Convergence?
The 2018 RMC is located at a private farm in Mulino, Oregon. To ensure the privacy of the hosts, we only release the address of the event to registered attendees. If you are a registered, you will receive the address no less than one week before the event via email.
Is there a Ride Share Board / Carpool Link?
We encourage carpooling to reduce the use of fossil fuels and minimize cars in our parking lot on site. When you register for the event, you will receive a link to our ride share board in our initial registration email.
Can I volunteer?
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for the 2018 Radical Mycology Convergence. We have received a high volume of volunteer applications this year and have closed our volunteer application at this time.
I missed the volunteer application window. What can I do to help?
We really appreciate your desire to help the 2018 RMC run smoothly. We are still seeking a number of donations or items on loan. Please visit our donation wishlist here.
Additionally, we always appreciate attendees sharing information about the event on social media or hanging posters in your hometown. You can download a printable copy of our flyer here, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can mail posters to you.
I would like to Bring my Child With Me. Do I need to Buy them a ticket or Register them?
All children 12 and under are welcome to come for free, but they must register as an attendee. Please email email@example.com for detailed instructions about how to register your child.
WILL THERE BE CHILDCARE?
Yes, the Convergence offers childcare during all workshop sessions.
Can I bring my CAMPER, RV, or Trailer?
We have a limited number of rv/camper/trailer/ car camping spots in our designated vehicle camping area. These spots are limited to vehicles under 15 feet in length. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with further questions or to register your vehicle.
What is the bathroom situation?
There will be composting toilets at the convergence and rustic hand-washing stations. Attendees will not have access to showers or indoor bathrooms.
Can i purchase a one day ticket? How much does it cost?
Yes, the cost of one day tickets is $50.00-$250.00. You can purchase one day tickets here.
Do you anticipate selling out of tickets before the COnvergence?
Yes, we do anticipate selling out before the event. We do not sell tickets at the event, so all attendees must register beforehand.
Do you sell tickets at the event?
No, we do not sell any RMC tickets at the event. All convergence attendees must register before the event.
Can i Bring my DoG/Service Dog/service Animal?
The RMC is hosted on a private farm which is home to several dogs. The farm owners have requested no additional dogs or other service animals at the event. We cannot make any exceptions.
IS the Site Wheelchair Accessible?
The terrain at the farm is uneven and there are areas with steep grading, thus we do not consider it wheelchair accessible.
